We do not accept refunds, cancellations or exchanges on crystal specimens, so please purchase responsibly and be sure to read full descriptions and look at all of the photos of the item you intend on bringing home!

Damages and issues

Please make a video while opening your package to claim any damage or missing product.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
